About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at 1182761 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve profitability.
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will also be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
