Regional Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Energy Network Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Management: Assume full sales management responsibility for assigned territory and accounts, designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
- Customer Relationships: Manage relationships with existing customers, playing an essential role in developing and maintaining the Company's image and reputation in the marketplace.
- New Business Development: Cultivate and develop new relationships and partnerships with professional organizations to ensure program awareness and adoption.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities to achieve sales expansion through a variety of prospecting activities, including networking, prospecting, conducting on-site sales calls, and cold calling.
- Business Analysis: Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
- Team Development: Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them, as well as identify opportunities for improvement and strategies to execute solutions within the existing business model and channels.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field (or additional experience in lieu of degree).
- Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite, knowledge of lighting, and experience selling and managing accounts in the energy industry.
- Experience: Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with a strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Soft Skills: Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills, with the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
