Administrative Director for Office Operations

Cira Homes Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Director for Office Operations to lead our office team.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational abilities.
The salary for this role is estimated at $60,000 per year, based on industry standards in similar positions.
Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their work effectively.
- Establish clear priorities and deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating office services.
- Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
- Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance to staff members.
- Commission systems and components to ensure that they are functioning properly.
- Coach and mentor staff members to help them improve their performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic security clearance.
