Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Psychologist to join our team at Trillium Health Partners. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will provide psychological assessment, testing, and treatment to children, adolescents, and their families in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents with psychiatric problems
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, to children, adolescents, and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide consultation and supervision on cognitive behavioral therapy and other treatment modalities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and caregivers to ensure effective treatment outcomes
Requirements:
- Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Experience working with children and adolescents with psychiatric problems and their families
- Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, family dynamics, and systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
