KYND International is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our team in the United States. As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to children and adolescents in a 32-bed facility, working collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies, procedures, and/or protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment and perform all related job responsibilities.
- Maintain clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
- Must have current Registered Nurse Licensure.
- Successfully passed the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN).
- Must obtain ACLS & American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Competitive salary range: $39-44 USD/hour (54 - 61 CAD/hour).
- Up to 2k in reimbursement for relocation expenses.
- Opportunity for EB-3 green card sponsorship upon renewal of a 2-year contract.
- Credential evaluation, visa screen, work visa, nurse license, and airfare to the United States covered by KYND International, along with employer support from job interview to first day on the job.
- Direct employment with the hospital.
The Psych RN provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies, procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. This is a unique opportunity to work in a 32-bed facility with a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to helping children and adolescents.
