Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Child Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to children and adolescents. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and adolescents to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and adolescents
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in child and adolescent mental health and incorporate new knowledge into clinical practice
- Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active membership in good standing with the Ontario College of Psychologists (CPO)
- Declared competency in the areas of Clinical Psychology (Child and Adolescents) with no restrictions on license to practice
- Declared competence in Assessment/Evaluation/Intervention
