Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.


Responsibilities



  • Develop project plans and schedules, identifying and sequencing activities to ensure successful completion
  • Manage project resources, including time, people, and equipment
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with budgets and expectations
  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure project objectives are met
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables are met
  • Ensure all project information is accurately documented and securely stored
  • Monitor and report project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • PMP designation is an asset
  • Proven experience using Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project
  • Strong understanding of machine design, robotics, and control systems
  • Background in industrial automation solutions or process engineering is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally
