Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Orbit Insurance Services. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving our business forward and ensuring the success of our strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Leadership: The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for leading and managing our strategic partnerships, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives and are delivering value to our organization.
- Customer Focus: The incumbent will champion a customer-focused culture, deepening client relationships and leveraging broader relationships, systems, and knowledge to drive business growth.
- Operational Excellence: The Senior Manager will work with operations teams to define partner service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
- Project Management: The incumbent will participate in multiple projects simultaneously, as assigned, and communicate and execute service processes to support the organization's strategic direction.
- Financial Management: The Senior Manager will assist in establishing strategic initiatives and accomplishing financial objectives, gathering pertinent business, competitive, financial, service, and operations information to inform budgeting and forecasting.
- Leadership and Development: The incumbent will lead and engage managers, communicating job expectations and competencies necessary to be successful, building plans to develop required skills and capabilities, and tracking progress.
- A university degree or an equivalent insurance designation, CIP, CAIB, CPIB, or FIIC.
- A minimum of seven years' experience in property and casualty insurance.
- A minimum of three years' experience in a management position.
- Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior time-management, project-management, and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to communicate in French is considered an asset.
