About the Role

As a Change Lead, you'll develop and implement premier organizational change management capability across BCAA. You'll be at the forefront of our organizational change management strategies, driving employee adoption and minimizing resistance to propel our organization forward. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Change Leadership, you'll strategize, develop, and deliver organizational change tactics, including communications, leadership, and sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive organizational change strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create tailored change action plans.
  • Apply a structured methodology to lead organizational change activities for various initiatives across BCAA.
  • Develop and deliver the Change Leadership Program to enhance internal change management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree, along with a minimum two years of experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Bonus Qualification: Change Management (CMP) or PROSCI certification.
  • Deep understanding of BCAA business and processes.
