Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team at Randstad Canada. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to identify and implement organizational training programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify training and development needs across the organization
- Create and implement training programs and processes
- Project management and oversee content and communication of training programs
- Train and coach leaders
- Develop organizational policies and procedures
- Manage external learning vendor relationships and keep up to date with learning trends and best practices

Requirements
- Completion of a post-secondary degree (HR, Adult Education, Business, or another related field)
- Previous experience with training and development (5+ years), project management or change management
- Ability to analyze training needs while being able to interpret the data and deliver solutions to address the gaps
- Outstanding work ethic with a great sense of urgency
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of instructional design methodology
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the work environment and juggling competing priorities
