Senior Consultant, Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant, Training & Development to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our People First HR Services (PFHR) team, you will play a critical role in delivering people and culture solutions to our clients across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Oversee projects focused on people and culture solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Strategic HR Solutions: Assess and provide recommendations to organizations requiring strategic Human Resource solutions, including Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Coaching & Assessments, Investigations, and Total Rewards/Compensation.
- Goal Setting and Implementation: Establish goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes.
- Analysis and Problem-Solving: Develop analysis (sometimes complex) based on client and market data, identify and resolve issues critical to clients' strategic and operational success.
- Business-Focused Solutions: Leverage analytics and industry insights to provide clients with business-focused solutions.
- Talent Management: Design talent management solutions to achieve desired organizational objectives/needs.
- Client Engagement: Deliver presentations, workshops, and client training around product solutions, cross-collaborate with other team members and divisions to ensure high-level service to clients.
- Business Development: Engage in business development activities, networking, and client relationship management to ensure continued growth of the division and development of the strategic HR portfolio.
- Experience: 7 years' experience in HR or management consulting, with a strong understanding of Human Resources and all that it encompasses.
- Training and Development: Experience facilitating training and developing training programs required.
- Team Player: Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization, prioritize events, tasks, activities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Experience collaborating with teams of varying sizes that work with tight deadlines and high-quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate short and long-term impact of decisions, take a broad approach to problem-solving.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, ability to quickly translate concepts into practical outcomes that deliver business value.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, sense of leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for problem-solving, ability to apply logic and experience to assist with development of solutions for clients.
