Front Desk Hotel Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at River View Hotel.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Hotel Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and perform other clerical tasks as needed.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in word processing software, computerized bookkeeping systems, and spreadsheets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
