Job Summary
The role of the Pension Administration Process Specialist is to serve as the link between the client, the Retirement Consulting team, and the Pension Outsourcing team, ensuring that pension administration processes and software accurately reflect plan design features and comply with current pension legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret pension plan designs and legislative changes, identifying and documenting associated system requirements.
- Work with development staff to ensure that requirements are understood and define the testing phase of the implementation project.
- Interact with the client, members of the Retirement Consulting team, developers, outsourcing project managers, and others, requiring significant knowledge of pension plan design and administration, as well as associated technology solutions.

Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000, depending on location and qualifications. Please note that employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
