About the Role

At WTW, we're dedicated to helping organizations worldwide design, manage, and administer retirement plans. As a Retirement Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our pension administration processes and software accurately reflect plan design features and comply with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interpret pension plan designs and legislative changes, identifying associated system requirements.
  2. Work with our development staff to ensure requirements are understood and define the testing phase of the implementation project.
  3. Collaborate with the client, members of the Retirement Consulting team, developers, and outsourcing project managers to deliver high-quality results.
  4. Employ WTW's Professional Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery.
  5. Contribute to the development of new tools, processes, and solutions to create efficiencies and meet clients' outsourcing needs.
  6. Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to project managers.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with internal and external clients through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects.
  • Train client teams in the use of our system and serve as a resource for clients and the pension outsourcing team after implementation.
