At ALBERTA LTD., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent organizational skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents, as well as processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, send and receive messages, compile data, statistics, and other information, prepare invoices and bank deposits, provide general information to clients and the public, file material in storage areas, label files according to retention and disposal schedules, organize and schedule office work, and prepare and monitor contracts and budgets.
  • Time Management: Work under tight deadlines, manage repetitive tasks efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
