FHC Enterprises Ltd. is a Canadian-owned company seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join its dynamic Finance team. The role involves sorting and coding invoices, receipts, and inventory receiving paperwork, verifying supporting documentation, and entering information into the Magstar ERP software. The successful candidate will also prepare cheque, EFT, ACH, and wire payments, ensure the Accounts Payable Sub Ledger and General Ledger are in sync, and follow month and year-end procedures. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Clerk will prepare documentation to support internal and external audit efforts, contribute feedback for process improvements, and perform general filing and office administrative duties. The minimum requirements include 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and excellent attention to detail. Strong decision-making, communication, and analytical skills are also essential.
