Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary:

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support throughout the sales process and beyond. You will work closely with our Strategic and Growth & Portfolio teams to manage customer relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level screening of customer inquiries and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and follow-up to ensure their needs are met.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to address business issues and develop strategies for long-term success.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and experience.

Requirements:

  • 3-year post-secondary degree or diploma in business, communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer management, sales support, and sales operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and technical aptitude.
  • Experience working with medical devices and familiarity with various regulatory requirements.
