About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise to our customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and personalized shopping experience, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to educate and inspire our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Offer personalized product recommendations, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to meet customer needs
- Support sales floor operations, including merchandise management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, store promotions, and events to provide accurate and informed service to customers
