**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Leader to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing organizational objectives, and representing the organization in official functions. They will also be expected to select senior staff, create optimum working conditions, and establish financial and administrative controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in management
  • Demonstrated ability to allocate resources effectively and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the organization
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience
