Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation and management of ServiceNow platforms, including ITSM, Now Platform Features, ITOM, ITBM, and Integration Expertise with REST, SOAP, and custom integration methods.
  • Experience in managing and setting up Configuration Management using Servicenow Discovery.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to create high-level design documents and identify areas of concern and improvement within customers' Servicenow landscapes.
  • Proactive approach to proposing solutions and adding value to customers, with a strong understanding of broader ServiceNow capabilities and the ability to keep up-to-date with the latest technology advancements.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, ServiceNow scripting knowledge, and experience in cloud and automation.
  • Web services integration (SOAP and REST) and web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP).
  • Experience in implementing systems using Agile Scrum framework and working with global teams.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership and work with customer leadership teams on new or existing proposals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ITSM and Servicenow.
  • Strong background in implementing and managing ServiceNow platforms.
  • Experience in managing and setting up Configuration Management using Servicenow Discovery.
