Job Title: Office Administrator

Tiffin Variety is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing supplies, and maintaining equipment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking.
