Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Tiffin Variety. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and coordinate office services
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Electronic mail and calendar management
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
