At PH Midland Inc., we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, and co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.

The Office Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, and overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures.

The successful candidate will be a highly organized and reliable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

The working conditions and physical capabilities of this role include working in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, and being organized and reliable.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English as the primary language of communication.

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 35 hours per week of work, providing a stable and secure work environment.
