Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at LINDBERG HOMBURGER MODENT DENTAL STUDIES LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and implementing promotional materials, managing contracts, and directing and evaluating establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement promotional materials to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with clients to ensure successful business relationships.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
  • Market business services to attract new clients and increase revenue.
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including desktop publishing software, human resources software, presentation software, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
