Job Profile

As an Installer Technician, you will play a key role as a company representative in our various markets. You will ensure a presence at clients' sites to solve quality problems, perform after-sales service, and repairs. Additionally, you will conduct the installation of sample rooms, kitchenettes, and other furniture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs on furniture at client sites and other Foliot factories for customers;
  • Install sample rooms and kitchenettes;
  • Take measurements in rooms for kitchenette or bathroom countertops;
  • Assist clients with order reception;
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service;
  • Act as an internal liaison for issues that arise on site;
  • Any other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Vocational diploma or equivalent experience in carpentry;
  • Experience in cabinetry (melamine or wood furniture);
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience;
  • Skills for reading installation plans;
  • Fully bilingual (French-English spoken), with communication with our American clientele;
  • Good overall vision and adaptability;
  • Comfortable with manual work;
  • Client-oriented with excellent customer service;
  • Proactive approach, resourcefulness, and autonomy;
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Problem-solving oriented.

Job Specifications

  • The position requires a valid driver's license and passport at all times;
  • The position is on the road (mostly in the United States);
  • Availability for overtime when necessary.
