Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Representative - After-Sales Service. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising the installation of furniture in hotels and student residences, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of furniture in hotels and student residences, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Travel to customer sites to respond to service calls and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Plan and assess sales needs for each facility, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Organize and manage logistics staff to ensure seamless execution of installations.
  • Perform installation and assembly of furniture in hotel rooms, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a representative of Foliot Furniture, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • DEC or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Essential bilingualism (French-English spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry.
  • Professional attitude and integrity.
  • Leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients.

Work Environment

  • Variable work schedule on weekdays and weekends, depending on installation needs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and Canadian passport.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be allowed to rent cars abroad.
