Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of furniture in hotels and student residences, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects;
  • Travel to customer sites to respond to service calls and resolve any issues that may arise;
  • Plan and assess sales needs for each facility, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Organize logistics staff for the facilities, ensuring seamless execution of installations and service calls;
  • Act as a representative of Foliot Furniture, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all installations meet our high standards.

Requirements

  • DEC or equivalent experience in a related field;
  • Essential bilingualism (French-English spoken and written);
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines;
  • Manual dexterity, resourcefulness, and autonomy, with a willingness to get hands dirty;
  • Knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry;
  • Professional attitude and integrity, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients;
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and versatile approach.

Work Environment

  • Variable work schedule, including weekdays and weekends, depending on installation needs;
  • Must have a valid driver's license and Canadian passport;
  • Must be at least 21 years old to rent cars abroad.
