Job Summary

As a Cabinet Installation Specialist, you will represent Foliot Furniture as a trusted expert at client sites. Your responsibilities encompass resolving quality issues, providing exceptional after-sales service, conducting repairs, taking measurements for installations, and assisting clients with order reception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform furniture repairs at client locations and within Foliot factories, catering to diverse clientele such as hotels and student residences.
  • Install sample rooms and kitchenettes according to specifications.
  • Accurately measure rooms for custom cabinetry projects, including kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities.
  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to effectively communicate and resolve on-site issues.
  • Contribute to other tasks as assigned by the Installation Manager.

Qualifications

  • Vocational diploma or equivalent experience in carpentry.
  • Proven experience in cabinetry installation, specializing in melamine or wood furniture.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to read and interpret installation plans accurately.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential for communication with our American clientele.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
