We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at ACES (Atlantic Canada) Education Services Corporation. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and deliver educational programs, materials, and sessions to support client needs
  • Arrange for billing and issue receipts as required
  • Explain services offered and provide information to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Receive and log complaints, and respond to client inquiries
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Dependability, honesty, and a quick learning ability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Drive, and electronic mail
  • Ability to travel and relocate for this position
  • Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities
