- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
