HANJRA HAULERS INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
