Job Summary
The Branch Executive Support and Communications Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, APS Communications and Employee Engagement, and manage issues management and office administration for the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide issues management, coordination, and tracking.
- Administer support for the Executive Director's meetings.
- Manage the flow of information in the branch, including through ARTS.
- Maintain records and manage assets and supplies for the branch.
- Provide direct comprehensive executive support services to the Executive Director, including records management.
- Compile, organize, and assemble background and research materials for the Executive Director.
- Represent the branch at Issues Managers' meetings to facilitate information flow and cross-divisional learning.
- Monitor expenditures associated with the branch's budget, including reviewing financial reports, invoices, and approval forms.
Requirements
- Review financial reports, invoices, and approval forms for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate signatures.
- Review monthly statements to monitor and reconcile spending.
- Invoice coding and processing payments.
