Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our management team, focusing on tasks that enable them to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mail and Supply Management: Open and distribute mail and other materials in a timely manner, and order office supplies as needed.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for the management team.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate person.
- Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
To be successful as an Executive Support Specialist, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in using computer software and equipment.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
