Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wheel King Transhaul Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transportation company, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the transportation team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a transportation or logistics company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
