About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead, Corporate Partnerships Specialist at Options Consulting Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the corporate world by promoting diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders to drive engagement and retention.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of partner needs and goals, and identify opportunities to achieve them.
  • Create and execute initiatives to foster partner relationships and drive business growth.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics for initiatives and activities.
  • Provide regular reports on partnership performance and impact of collaborations.
  • Coordinate and support the development of special projects and events.
  • Refine processes to improve partnership relationships and drive business results.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and support organizational missions and goals.
  • Lead and collaborate internally to drive corporate partner engagement and supervise, coach, and mentor direct reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate partnerships, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with great networking abilities.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong sense of initiative and proactive thinking.
  • Driven by collaboration and teamwork.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • BIlingualism would be a strong asset.
