Role Overview

We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Partnerships Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Partnerships & Marketing, the Partnerships Coordinator will play a crucial role within the Partnerships & Marketing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for select corporate partners.
  • Ensure fulfillment of all aspects of partner contractual obligations to maximize the value of partnerships.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with corporate partners, serving as the primary contact for all sponsors.
  • Assist in the execution of partner activation and marketing strategies, including event participation and hospitality initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each partner's business, marketing goals, and objectives related to their collaboration with the organization.
  • Support the organization of partner summits, events, meetings, and hospitality experiences.
  • Create detailed 'Partner Wrap-Reports' that summarize partner activities and outcomes to illustrate the value of the partnership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and events teams to ensure excellence in partner marketing programs.
  • Provide exceptional client service to partners, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
  • Work closely with the VP of Partnerships & Marketing on partner renewals and new business proposals to drive revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner value, including upselling and recognizing new assets or opportunities to fulfill contractual commitments.
  • Oversee brand activations with agency support to enhance awareness and engagement.
  • Engage in other special projects as assigned.
