Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Partnerships and Marketing Coordinator. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Partnerships and Marketing and is integral to the Partnerships and Marketing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and relationships with select corporate partners.
  • Ensure all aspects of partner contractual obligations are met, delivering maximum value to both partners and our organization.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with corporate partners, serving as the primary contact for all sponsorship inquiries.
  • Assist in the execution of partner activation and marketing strategies, including event participation and hospitality initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each partner's business objectives and marketing goals related to their collaboration with us.
  • Support the planning and execution of partner summits, events, and hospitality experiences.
  • Create detailed 'Partner Wrap-Reports' summarizing partner activities and outcomes to illustrate the value of the partnership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and events teams to ensure excellence in partner marketing initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional client service to partners, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
  • Work closely with the VP of Partnerships and Marketing on partner renewals and new business proposals to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner value, including upselling and discovering new assets or solutions to fulfill contractual commitments.
  • Oversee brand activations in collaboration with agencies to boost awareness and engagement.
  • Participate in additional special projects as assigned.
