Job Summary

Canada Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining digital databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages to staff members
  • Maintain and manage digital databases and spreadsheets
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
