Liquor Headquarters is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of 5-10 team members.
  • Sell merchandise and promote products to customers.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage.
  • Manage cash and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization.
