Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, and minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including authorizing payments, managing cash, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
