We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Liquor Headquarters. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions, ensuring that our store's financial transactions are accurate and secure.
- Staff Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to help them meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our store.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
