About the Role:

Sunny Morning is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Criminal record check
