Requirements for Success:

  • Retail and Cosmetic Experience: Prior experience in retail and/or cosmetic sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Key Holder Experience: Previous key holder experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Communication Skills: Great communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Responsibility and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate a diligent and responsible attitude, with strong analytical skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required for efficient operation of store systems.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a minimum age of 18 years.
  • Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Language: English is mandatory, with a second language an asset.
