We are excited to present an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager position within the Kiehl's family. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in guiding and inspiring the store team to achieve sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Assist the Store Manager in leading the team to meet business goals.
  • · Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge and application techniques, ensuring service excellence and brand standards.
  • · Drive the team to meet retail targets through outstanding customer service.
  • · Monitor Retail KPIs and stay informed about market trends.
  • · Achieve individual sales targets by providing exceptional service and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • · Oversee daily operations at the point of sale, including goal setting.
  • · Follow recruitment procedures to attract and retain customers.
  • · Address and document customer complaints, ensuring thorough follow-up and reporting to management.
  • · Facilitate the integration program for new team members, providing motivation and coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in specialty retail management.
  • Proven track record in driving sales through team coaching and development.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Passion for skincare and customer service.
  • Comfortable performing skincare services after training.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
