We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity to become a Keyholder within the Kiehl's family. This role is pivotal in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store sales objectives while also meeting individual sales targets set by the management team.

Key Responsibilities of a Keyholder at Kiehl's:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that leaves a lasting impression.
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and application techniques, while offering beauty advice.
- Drive sales to meet targets by utilizing brand selling methods and product expertise, while maximizing selling opportunities through link-selling.
- Assist with daily operations at the point of sale (POS).
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
- Implement brand CRM strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure the store's appearance and cleanliness, including merchandising and product availability.
- Document and communicate customer complaints and issues to the Store Manager.
- Relay valuable information regarding competition, clients, or significant events to the Store Manager.
- Execute opening and closing procedures for the store.
- Attend all scheduled shifts consistently.
Qualifications for Success:
- Preferred experience in retail and/or cosmetics
- Prior experience as a keyholder is advantageous
- Customer service experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible and diligent work ethic
- Strong analytical abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physical requirements include the ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, navigate stairs and/or ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Fluency in English is mandatory; a second language is a plus
