Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
  • Generate sales and achieve individual sales goals
  • Support daily operations, including point of sales activities and inventory management
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with the store team and management

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetic or skincare environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
