As a Restaurant Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of service meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to optimize profit margins and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food, ingredients, and other essential supplies.
Requirements
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in restaurant management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
