Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing budget to boost and maintain profits;
  • Planning and organizing daily operations;
  • Determining types of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures;
  • Participating in marketing plans and implementation;
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns;
  • Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
  • Supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
  • Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
  • Establishing methods to meet work schedules;
  • Estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation;
  • Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards;
