Property Relations Coordinator Professional

We are proud to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Property Relations Coordinator to join our team at Minto Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the leasing team with administrative tasks, maintaining relationships with third-party property management partners, and providing support to the sales team as required.
This role involves conducting competitive rental rate research, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and performing other duties within the job's scope and purpose. The incumbent will also prepare and update suite vacancy and leasing reports, monthly accounting and leasing reports, and assist in planning project and community events.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leasing and sales teams to achieve our business objectives. You will conduct post-occupancy inspections to ensure units are ready for purchaser turnover, review sales files for accuracy, and obtain required documentation.
As a Property Relations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence in customer service and property management. Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or college diploma is required in a relevant field
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle is required
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience is required
- Experience within property management and/or residential home building will be considered an asset
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual bonus, benefits effective 1st day, RRSP matching plan, three weeks' vacation, and tuition reimbursement plans.
