Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The Property Relations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our leasing team with administrative tasks and maintaining relationships with third-party property management partners. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves conducting rental rate research, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and assisting with planning project and community events. You will also be responsible for preparing and updating suite vacancy and leasing reports, as well as liaising with third-party property managers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a post-secondary education or college diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration or real estate. A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required, with experience in property management and/or residential home building being considered an asset. You must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
