Property Relations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
The Property Relations Coordinator will assist the leasing team with administrative tasks and maintain relationships with our third-party property management partner. They will also provide administrative support to the sales team as required.
Key Tasks:
- Conducts competitive rental rate research
- Prepares meeting agendas and minutes as required
- Other duties within the job's scope, spirit, and purpose, as requested by management
- Prepares and updates suite vacancy and leasing reports
- Prepares monthly accounting and leasing reports
- Assists in planning project and community events
- Prepares Leaseback Program amendments via DocuSign
- Liaises with third-party property and condominium managers
- Assists in planning and organizing community engagement projects and events
- Conducts post-occupancy inspections to ensure units are ready for purchaser turnover
- Review sales files for accuracy and obtain required documentation
- Maintains & updates marketing and sales reports as required
- Attends and participates in leasing and sales meetings
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or college diploma is required in a relevant field
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle is required
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience is required
- Experience within property management and/or residential home building will be considered an asset
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
